First please don't focus on the old craggy wrinkled hands...This little gem is worth all the attention. I love it which is why I probably am concerned about the dangle stone breaking off. Although it does seem quite strong and looks as though it won't go anywhere. I also got a larger one in a different color and love it as well. Give it a try the price is right and it's so pretty.
