Returns

  • You may request a return within 60 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

  • Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label as part of our returns service.

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund Timing
Please allow 3–7 business days after return inspection for the refund to process (timing can vary by bank/payment provider).

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may be non-returnable, including:

  • Final sale/clearance items (if marked as such)

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Exchanges
If you need a different item, size, or style, the fastest way is usually to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
